In December 2024, we decided to bring a lab puppy into our family. Our then 9 year old lab, Laney, kept asking "why". Laney had been trained and we knew that was the best money ever spent. So in January 2025, after searching the internet, I chose Dean's List K9 and we signed up for the puppy hybrid program for 3 month old Winter and our family how to set boundaries for Winter by teaching her to "place" in her bed while we left the room briefly, how to walk on a leash with a collar and the basic commands of sit and come. When time came for Winter to go for her 4 week board and train with Emily, I was confident that Winter was in good hands. Emily is a profressional trainer who loves what she does and cares for all dogs just like her own dogs. She always responds in atimely manner to all questions and quickly gives a training method to help solve the issues that come up from time to time as Winter continues growing. Could not recommend Savannah and her team more. I reached out to inquire about the Behavioral Modification package for my 2 year old Groenendael, Kratos, as I was struggling to deal with some not so great habits he was developing such as resource guarding and some reactivity. With my husbands deployment and a crazy dog, I felt at my wits end and my relationship with Kratos was starting to suffer. After our first training session, I was already seeing improvements and Savannah helped teach me how to stop his behaviors as soon as they started.
