We recently rescued a 20 pound male dog and found he was not on the same page as to who was the lead dog with one of other boys who is 75 pounds. Small in body - King Kong in attitude would be an appropriate description. We contacted Kit and are currently working to get to a point where either the two boys learn to coexist peacefully or we rehome the little guy with the best chance due to training. Kit has a very calm presence that all 3 dogs recognize and respond to. The fact she comes to our home is very helpful as this is where the conflict/contention is and needs to be addressed. It allows her to see the interactions, explain what she is seeing and determine next steps. Her training methods are easy to understand and apply. She provides realistic feedback and sets expectations based on her working with the dogs as well as us. Looking forward to our continued training sessions.

These are just a few of the words to begin to describe Kit. Our dogs absolutely love her and have learned so much from her. We have Golden Retrievers and a Cavalier. Two dogs are seniors. We started with basic manners and have added some basic agility. Kit even taught the dogs to use the doggy door quickly after we had tried for a long time! She always sets the dogs up for success and explains everything along the way so I understand the "why's" and "how's" for their success when I'm working with them. Kit trains our dogs weekly and we are so pleased. We most highly recommend Kit for any kind of training you need.

Kit at Creature Coach Dog Training is a gem of a person and by far the best dog trainer I've ever worked with. She cares about my dog's well-being, our success, and helps us learn in a kind, positive way. My biggest regret is that we didn't meet sooner. Before we met, I was really stuck and frustrated with how to integrate our two older cats with our high-energy dog Jun. I honestly wasn't sure it was even possible after 2 years of failed attempts. Overexcitement and chasing was a huge problem. We started working with Kit nearly a year ago. After our very first session, I felt better equipped to communicate with my dog and I saw improvements in her behavior. Partly because I was actually training regularly. The way Kit broke it all down made it more manageable and she was willing to modify it if it wasn't working for us. Not only have we made progress I never thought was possible, she's also helped Jun overall just be more calm, less impulsive, and well-balanced dog. Vet visits are becoming less stressful and we've even learned a cute trick or two. The value Kit has added to our lives and peace she's bringing back to our home is priceless.

Kit has been the absolute best trainer for our big baby. She has guided us each step of the way, training her and training us. She just turned two and we have a very mannered dog, we recently started training her on a kayak, and she has done amazing with Kit. Kit has been a godsend to us, and we couldn’t not have trained our cane corso with out her. We love her way of teaching, and it has helped us teach Harley our baby, and other how to treat her.
