The best feeling is seeing how excited our pup gets as we approach the drop-off since he's developed a great friendship with many of the regular dogs and staff. They didn’t allow me to see the space for the dogs for insurance reasons however were more than happy to show me a video on the spot of the entire room/ setup space, backyard, and where the mini split air conditioning is at. I receive amazing communication and check ins and always appreciate the updates and pictures! They have a treadmill there too which is great because something I was really looking for in a high quality boarding place was making sure my girl gets the exercise she needs. I am most impressed with how hands on they are, I never feel like she lacks attention when she gets home. I have met most of the staff that works there and they are all so friendly and helpful with so much information when I need help with something related to my dog!
