My friend, has a dog that has been a challenge to be trained and has been reaching out to trainers to help deal with some of the problems that the animal has. When she explained her case to this business without even seeing the dog not only denied but also suggested euthanasia. not only that, when my friend was done being told this horrible answer the conversation was ended with "thanks for wasting my time" from business very unprofessional and insulting. I understand a hard challenge might not be what you want to do. But the suggestion and the ending comment is ridiculous! For that i'm giving you a one start review no business should state anything about putting down somebody else's pet and if someone's trying to find help for their animal, it's not wasting time. It's looking for a solution. And apparently you are not the solution.

My friend reached out needing help with her Aussie and the response she got was," This looks like a euthanasia situation." She didn't even meet the dog. In what world is that a professional response without even meeting the dog? Doesn't suprise me that in a different review she referred to someone else's dog as a special needs child? Unfortunately it is easy for anyone to call themselves a trainer these days. Real Trainers will at least try and meet the dog and should never recommend euthanasia without even meeting the dog.

Absolutely disgusting. I called to ask questions about dog training and the woman I spoke with had the audacity to compare training my dog to adopting a child with special needs and the "baggage" that special needs children come with. While comparing my dog's training needs to a special needs child, she suggested that I get rid of my dog due to the baggage that is similar to that of a special needs child. As a person who has adopted and raised a special needs child I found her comments comparing a special needs child to a dog in need of training beyond appalling and shameful. How dare she. Why on Earth she ever thought that making such comparisons to a random potential customer between an unruly dog and a special needs child was okay is beyond me, but she was wrong to say these things to and about people that she has no idea about. Revolting.
