We like Chucktown Charley--friendly staff who obviously like their jobs, and the pups. More importantly, our pup likes Chucktown Charley. Just say the name, and her tail starts to wag. When we drop her off, there is no separation anxiety: she is always excited to be there, and heads off to play, usually without even looking back. The last two times we boarded her, we asked for her to be bathed before we picked her up, and it was not done either time. That is the only problem we have had, and they took the charge off both times. We will continue using them until our Stella no longer likes it there, which we don't expect to happen any time soon!
