We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy. You signed up for our puppy foundations program, which covers proper socialization with dogs who have been determined to be temperamentally comparable with your dogs, proper human socialization, knowledge of basic on-leash obedience commands, proper acclimation to any insecurities found, proper introduction to all grooming needs, and general manners (jumping, play biting, etc.) and problem solving procedures. To us, 6 month old puppies are not electronic devices to control with a remote in their formidable learning stages. We stress communication to all our clients, both in person and in our agreements and literature. Unfortunately, you did not reach out to us with your struggles. The moment we were made aware, after reaching out to check on your dogs, we offered an immediate free of charge board and train. There is a huge difference between a 6 month old puppy day training program and a 10 month old e-collar board and train. That is comparing apples to oranges. We would have worked with you to resolve the issues you were having, had we been given a chance. On the evaluation and in our agreements, you were told this was not an off lead program and that if that was a goal more training would be needed. We are certain that after our foundational training and another month of training, your dogs are performing well. You would have had similar results with our offer made to you. The difference being that you wouldn't have had to spend more money in this scenario. It is good to do your research and know what you are signing up for. We encourage everyone to do so. We are interested in building solid foundations and developing a strong relationship based work ethic over time. Training takes patience, hard work and repetition and consistency. It is also very important to communicate with your trainer. We cannot fix what we don't know is happening. We, of course, want all our clients to be happy and satisfied. You are still welcome to use your unused training, follow-up classes and phone/email consultations. We wish you the best.
