I am pleased to highly recommend Birch Valley for dog training and boarding services. Tommy and Allie are exceptional trainers who treat each dog with the utmost care and attention. We recently completed a 5-week board-and-train program for our Belgian Malinois, Jubal, and the results exceeded our expectations. Throughout the training, we received regular updates, including photos and videos, which provided us with peace of mind. Jubal's obedience has markedly improved, and his confidence has significantly increased. Should our family decide to add another dog in the future, Birch Valley will be our first choice for training

Five stars isn't a high enough rating for Birch Valley, or the owners, Allie and Tommy. After searching far and wide for the right trainer we contacted BV and asked more questions than you would think possible. Every question was answered thoroughly and you could tell how much they truly care about what they do. Our Goldendoodle Ruby went to BV for puppy training and then later, the 4-week board and train. One of the things we truly love about BV is how involved they make you as an owner in the training process. You learn not only what your dog is learning, but the why behind it, and how to continue the training at home and in the future. Tommy and Allie even involved our kids during Ruby's training, and came to our house after the board and train to make sure we were fully set up for success. It is such a pleasure to have a dog, that a such a young age, we can comfortably take places, knowing that she is going to be calm and comfortable with the situation. We also love how the training doesn't end when your dog leaves BV. Knowing we have a lifelong support hotline, and a place to board her that she truly loves going to is beyond amazing. We are constantly getting compliments about how well-behaved and sweet Ruby is, and we are very happy to recommend Birch Valley to anyone who asks.

We took our golden doodle, Schooner, for 2 weeks puppy training, and 4 week board and train. Schooner has found a second home when we travel in the future. They truly care about the pets they train, treated Schooner like their own pet. He knows his place, recall, no jumping, walks with no pulling, all before he was 9 months old. Allie and Tommy not only trained our pup, but they taught us how to continue with his training. They continue to provide support to us anytime we have questions. Money well spent, and worth every penny! Thank you again

Tommy and Emily were fantastic! I had two aggressive littermates that needed a special touch, and that is exactly what they got. The dogs were trained caringly, and we received videos of the training. The facility is impressive, with plenty of space for the dogs. The real training in public places like Lowes or the Green clearly helped as well. I am so happy with progress the dogs made, and more impressed with how Tommy and Emily taught us about our dogs and how to continue the training. I highly recommend Birch Valley K9 if you are looking for training. So Happy with the experience. I feel like a better dog owner!
