Bandana Dog Training

We brought our 5 year old pup to Joe for help with her reactivity around other dogs, and let me tell you, Joe is a miracle worker! Before, our pup would go nuts even seeing another dog, but by the end of our lessons she could sit and stay calm while other dogs walked by, walk past other dogs on walks, and be redirected easily. Our pup absolutely adored Joe and he was very kind and gentle with her. Joe works with the dog and their strengths, and gains their trust. He is a fantastic trainer, and gives the 1-on-1 training and support needed for every pup and their human. Joe is extremely knowledgeable about dogs and knows what he’s doing! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! He truly cares about the dogs he works with, and wants to see them succeed just as much as their owners do.

We brought our 5 year old dog, Kane, to Joe to help with crate training. And boy did Kane give Joe a run for his money. We did the board and train and it was worth every penny. Our boy is as stubborn as they come, but Joe showed him love and patience. He is now successfully crate trained, he doesn’t love it, but he goes in and settles in and I never thought I would see the day that happened. Thank you Joe for all the love and hard work you poured into our boy, I am not sure what we would have done without you!

We took our (wild) 7 month old Labrador puppy to Bandana Dog Training and it was just what he needed to start shaping himself into a well behaved dog! Working with Joe was great, not only did he explain and demonstrate so many helpful training exercises to work on, but also explained the psychology behind many of our puppy's bad behaviors. Understanding the "why" he was acting up made the "how" to address it so much easier. Highly recommend Joe and Bandana Dog Training!
