Bandana Dog Training

My husband and I have three rescue dogs. Our dog Comet was experiencing severe anxiety and engaging in destructive chewing behavior when we weren't home. Medication wasn't really helping, so we reached out to Bandana Dog Training for assistance. We did a few lessons with Joe and learned more about dog behavior in two months than either of us had in the entirety of our lives. He recommended we do a board and train with Comet to get him used to a kennel so that he would be safe when we were at work. Renée did the board and train with Comet, and she was fantastic. Comet is extremely stubborn and not food motivated, so Renée used leash pressure to train Comet to sit, stay on place, and go into his kennel. We are so pleased that Comet goes into his kennel easily now, and he is safe when we aren't home. I highly recommend both Joe and Renée for their compassion, kindness, knowledge, and straightforwardness when it comes to training dogs. I'm so glad we found them!

Willow had several private lessons with Renee at our house in Marana. & Then a 10 day stay & train with her at her house. I can't speak highly enough of Renee. Willow came back a changed dog - a much better dog - a more confident dog, a less anxious dog. It's amazing what Renee was able to accomplish with her in just 10 days. She kept in touch with me, sent me videos, she took Willow out places to help her become more confident & less anxious. I have ZERO regrets about my decision to send Willow to Renee & if needed I'd do it again. Everyone at Bandanna Dog is wonderful to deal with. I can't speak highly enough of them all.

I highly recommend Bandana Dog Training!! Renee and Joe are incredible dog trainers! Our pup Sadie stayed with Renee for board and train and it was the BEST decision and investment that we could have ever made for our girl! Sadie had fear and anxiety of people and so many things. She needed more than just weekly training sessions. But now, since WE (Sadie and our family) have been trained and have new skills and tools, Sadie is living her best life and is calm and happy!! We are truly forever grateful for the love, support and encouragement that Renee gave Sadie as she guided her (and us) through training!
