Balanced Pooches In Home Dog Training

We got Beau in December, and knew the moment he was fully vaccinated and cleared for more public interactions, we’d need to get him professional training - he’s a husky mix and full of all kinds of energy. All the YouTube and Googling in the world couldn’t help us as much as John did! He was very professional, kind and patient, and showed us the best ways to get Beau to listen to us, follow our commands, and be obedient. His course was simple, but very informative, and now we have the means we need to keep working with Beau on our own! He really set us up for success and it was a great learning opportunity for all of us - I really can’t recommend him enough! Thank you again John!

We thought we knew how to train dogs, but a year after getting our two GSPs and we were no closer to getting them to stop pulling on the leash, jumping in people, nipping, or rushing out the door before us. In just three weeks they're noticably improved, and if anything it was worth it just to be able to take them on walks again. John trained us, and we trained the girls, which means we've now got the tools to continue working with our dogs even after the training has stopped. John was great to work with, always on time, and always prepared. The price is great for the quality of service we received, and being able to train in our own home was amazing. We'd recommend him to anyone.

John speaks and understands dogs! We adopted a blind Rough Collie, we named Ben, who was kept outside the first 2.5 years of his life. He was starting to become reactive on our walks to dogs and people. Barking, lunging, pulling, etc. and jumped on guests who entered our home. It has been one month since Ben graduated John’s program. We have continued the training exercises daily (which John made simple and straightforward with his easy to follow handouts). Ben just continues to get better and better!! He is now quiet, calm, and completely relaxed in all environments we explore with him. He doesn’t jump on guests anymore. Now he waits patiently on all four paws with his tail wagging to receive affection. John tailored his program to meet the needs of our blind rescue Collie, and helped us reset the “pack order” in our home. Our 7 year old son was also able to understand and follow John’s training program. He often reminds me to, “pet and praise.” I highly recommend John to anyone who is searching for a trainer. He exceeded our expectations at a great price, and empowered us to be Bens pack leader.
