He easily got stimulated by his surroundings and didn’t know how to control his energy in the house or on walks. Our family (including Duke) learned so much during the training and are still applying it in our daily routine. We have seen a huge shift in Duke’s behavior and now have the tools to help him live a calmer life. He’s still a work in progress but we are getting there and it’s thanks to everything we learned during training. Looking forward to working with Krista and Bill in the future! GOAT Training: I was referred to Balanced Behavior Dog Training by a coworker of mine, which happens to be Bill’s brother! I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Bill and Krista. When Cannoli had just turned one, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure how to help her through her separation anxiety, crate training struggles, and high energy. From the very first consultation, Bill and Krista took the time to sit with me, truly listen to my concerns, and thoughtfully observe Cannoli’s behavior. For the first time, I felt heard, understood, and hopeful. The change in Cannoli has been nothing short of life-changing. She is calmer, more confident, and genuinely happier, and the stress I once felt as dog owner has been replaced with peace and trust. What meant so much to me was how invested Bill and Krista were in My success as well—making me part of the process… always taking the time to walk me through a lesson when I picked her up, giving me homework, and empowering me to continue the work at home. We both still have work to do going forward. However, It reminded me that real progress comes from patience, consistency, and partnership.
