Do you have a training facility?
Not right now. We do in home visits or meet in the middle for training sessions as we prefer to work outside. We want to train pups to listen better and more consistently outside (outdoors is where it gets difficult for them). Hope this helps!

Wen Tze has been an amazing guide to my husband and I to become better owners/trainers to our pup. Since we have engaged her services, our dog's behavior has improved significantly, and we've even bonded more and built a better relationship with her. The top three reasons I recommend anyone to work with Wen Tze: 1. She is extremely responsive at any time; we could teach our to her at any time at any day, regardless of whether our pup was in daycare with questions and for any challenges we were facing, and she always gave thoughtful and helpful responses. 2. Her training videos and guidance were thorough and spot-on, and whenever we implemented her tips, we saw an improvement almost immediately. Despite being first-time owners, she was always patient and helpful with us. 3. She was very easy to work with. She gave us great tips on treats, toys, and other tools we could use to help with motivating our puppy and addressing problem behavior and since we did so, the bigger issues have ceased. You won't regret working with Wen Tze and her team. We look forward to working with her more in the future and are excited to see what we can accomplish. Thank you so much!!!

Wenz was incredible! We came in wanting to correct some of our 2 year old Poodle's leash walking, focus, and some barking issues. We had four sessions total and within the first we saw improvement - she was thorough, attentive to what outcomes we wanted, and was always available for questions and guidance outside of training. We can finally enjoy walks without thinking about pulling or lunging, he doesn't jump on people when they come to our house, and his barking has improved. We're so grateful to have found Wenz, shes a wizard!
We worked with Jenn on our dogs fear responses. Within a few weeks we saw drastic improvement. He went from not being able to walk across the street from a dog without trying to run away, to being able to walk right next to them and keep his focus on us! Jenn is an incredibly kind and knowledgeable trainer and I cannot recommend her and back to basics enough!
My dog has been going for a few weeks not to play at the pet lounge. He loves it and always has a great time and good report cards. They have great Dog trainers as well to hire. Our trainer Jenn came to the house and we saw a great improvement in our new dog! Thanks to Wen and crew
