We just got Fiona back today, and let me tell you we've already seen a major change. Situations where I'd have to wrestle with her before, now she'll respond to verbal commands and actually do as she's told. There's no doubt that the crew at Auburn's lays a great foundation with your dog but you will have to put in the work to make sure your dog continues what they started with you. Luckily, they will follow up and help us reinforce with her so that she stays on track. Thank you, Auburn!

Hi Everyone! I'd like to take this opportunity to share something very special with you!!! I have known Auburn Leach for close to 15 years!!! I first learned about his wonderful gift with dogs when he trained my sister's rottweiler, Sophie! I then took him my blue heeler puppy, Moe. Now I am taking the newest member of our family, Foxy!! Foxy is an aussie mix. She is 7 months old and full of energy as most pups are!! Foxy came from a shelter and has been in several most of her young life!! You see, Foxy is completely deaf and only has partial vision! I am so glad to have Foxy in my life! She is so very sweet and loving! But I knew her training was going to be a good bit different than it is for most dogs!!! I didn't hesitate to call Auburn again since he had done such wonderful work for our family previously!!! Yes, Foxy is going to be challenging, but i am so excited to be putting her in Auburn's care!! His love and gentleness with dogs is exactly what Foxy needs!!! When he first met Foxy, they made an immediate connection!! Auburn, with Foxy in his arms, looked at me with tears in his eyes and said "Thank you for rescuing her!!" He was confident Foxy had the ability to be well trained!! He was very anxious to start her right away!! I want to start by saying my 1 year old belgium mallinois bit two people and was becoming very aggressive. We almost had to get rid of him. We found auburn on line and sent him to his training for three weeks. At the end of three weeks he told us for no additional charge I need another week this way I can make sure bad behavior is gone. We were nervous! Today he brought our dog back. My family and I were shocked at the transformation he has made under auburn direction. We took him to public places all day and had zero issues it's like he gave us a different dog back. Auburn and his training regiment has worked wonders. We now have a great dog. He is also following up in two weeks driving three hours to check. Up on us.

Dropped my dog off and talked to one of the trainers about the problems I was seeing with my dog (aggression, biting) Had my dog there for ~ 3 weeks. I tried multiple times to call and check on my dog every week, and Nancy answered maybe once and I never got a call back. Finally got a call from the trainer at the end of the second week from the main trainer who told me that my dog was being aggressive and biting as if I had no idea that's what the problem was. Finally got my dog back at the end of the 3rd week and she could sit and heel, but the aggression wasn't any better. The trainer said he would continue to work with us, which I appreciated. However, trying to schedule visits going through Nancy was near to impossible due to the fact that she never answers the phone or calls back. Told the trainer about the problems I was having getting in contact with Nancy to schedule and he said "yeah, I hear that a lot." Clearly, nothing was ever said because I still cannot get in contact with Nancy to schedule so I eventually just gave up. Very disappointed in how unprofessional they run the business. Waste of lots of time and lots of money. Would not recommend - better to give your time and money to professionals
