We can’t recommend Nick and Janine enough! They worked miracles with our 2-year-old rescue, who was a bundle of nerves when we first started. When we adopted her, our dog used to bark non-stop and panic whenever we left the house, jump all over guests, pull on the leash every walk, and lunge at other dogs. It felt overwhelming at first, but Nick and Janine approached every issue with patience and expertise. We are now able to leave the house without concern and walks have become a breeze. Not only did Nick and Janine train our dog, but they helped us as owners as well, teaching us the proper ways to walk and communicate with our dog. I can’t recommend Alpha Dog K9 training enough!! Janine and Nick are an amazing team that in a few short weeks turned my Kobe into a more polite and respectful puppy! Janine and Nick are both incredibly knowledgeable about dog behavior and use very positive techniques that immediately resonated with Kobe! Kobe went from sitting on the dining room chairs and laying on the table like he owned the place to being able to maintain a sit and stay command bypassing treats used to bait him. Kobe is also able to walk on a lead without pulling thanks to Nick’s ability to get him to do anything but most importantly to teach me the proper way as well!! I would highly recommend this professional skilled dog training duo!!!

I can't say enough about Janine and Nick.They are the best. Our adopted golden Benny came to us as a fearful dog. I could not get him to walk on a leash.He was also very reactive to other dogs. What a transformation after his training! Benny is a different dog.He's got confidence, has little reaction to other dogs and he wants to walk everywhere. He loved his time with Nick and Janine.He was so excited to see them. He made all of this progress without treats,shock collars,etc.Amazing! I would recommend them to everyone. We love you,Janine and Nick!

Nick and Janine worked wonders with our dog in her journey of obedience and food aggression. They are extremely knowledgeable and gave us so many pointers when training her alone during the week. They made it clear they were always a phone call away. The progress we have made with our dog is unmatched and it is completely due to Nick and Janine’s training methods.
