I can’t say enough about Alpha Dog K9 training! Janine & Nick are top notch in their field and really care about getting it right. From day one, their techniques worked on teaching my pup, respect, boundaries and that she’s not in charge in any situation. We have learned that repetition is key, and if applying the proper techniques, my pup is on her way to success. Although, my dog is still trying to dominate, as long as we continue working with her, she has her eye on myself & husband, and knows she cannot get away with being defiant. If you are considering getting your dog trained, I highly recommend Alpha Dog for your training journey. I promise you will not be disappointed and will also recommend them to friends and family for their training needs. Thank you so much, Janine and Nick for giving us the knowledge we need to succeed for a healthy & happy life journey with our pup Maggie Lou.

I can't say enough about Janine Cantalupo, and Alpha Dog K9 Training. I have a 9-month-old Cavachon who needed some obedience training. After only one lesson, he was listening and obeying a couple of simple commands. After 5 lessons, he is a much more manageable (and enjoyable) puppy. Janine and Nick are so kind and gentle in their method of training. They answer any and all questions that come up and are accessible after sessions as well. They also do in-home training, which is so convenient. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs a dog trainer.

I can't recommend Janine & Nick enough! Their knowledge, patience, and dedication are truly unmatched. My dogs have made incredible progress, and it's all thanks to their expert training methods. No other trainer compares- they are simply the best!

Janine and Nick are wonderful and knowledgeable trainers! My (at the time of finding them) 7 month old golden doodle was a mix of a menace and Houdini, always ready to pull, jump, and get away to the next exciting thing that caught her eye. After day one with Janine and Nick, we felt much more confident walking Yue around, she continued to become more attentive to us and understands what role we play in her life. Now, at 9 months old, she has made such a huge change for the better, we look forward to taking her on long walks knowing she won’t try to tackle everyone on the sidewalk. I can’t recommend them enough!
