Laska and James are a great team to work with and would definitely recommend their services. They were able to work around our schedule and were very flexible about meeting in some public spaces which was especially important for one of our pups. Laska has a great sense of humor and the pups absolutely loved working with her. Appreciate her training the humans in the family too! We’re all still works in progress but equipped with a solid foundation and many training exercises to practice with.

Where do I begin?! From the beginning of this process to now, this has been one of the best choices I have made, and best experiences I could have asked for. We got a new puppy at the end of January, and being a certified cat lady, I was feeling a little bit lost with training and what to do. James was incredibly helpful and informative when I spoke to him on the phone, and I cannot say ENOUGH good things about Laska. She is so knowledgeable, calm, patient, and helpful. She has given me and Fig the tools we need so that we are both happy (and well trained). Even after just the initial consult I could see so much improvement in Fig’s behavior, which I know sounds insane, but it is the truth. We worked with Laska from All Ears Training for about 14 weeks with our three dogs, and we absolutely loved her. After researching many trainers in the area—some of which turned out not to even be truly local—we’re so glad we chose Laska. Having someone knowledgeable, reliable, and actually present in our community made a big difference. She is incredibly gentle with the dogs, which was really important to us, and they responded so well to her approach. She was always prompt and on time, and she really maximized every training session—we never felt like a minute was wasted. We’ve seen such a big difference in our dogs. There is noticeably less barking, and we have much more control keeping them in their place, which has made everyday life much calmer and more manageable. What stood out the most was how easy she was to work with. She didn’t just teach our dogs during the lessons, she gave us the tools and confidence to continue working with them on our own. I feel so much more in tune and connected with our dogs now, and I actually understand how to approach teaching them new skills moving forward. This was such a great value for us, and I’m so glad we finally decided to do it.
