We had such a wonderful experience working with Avi. He helped us train both our new puppy and our older dog and the results have been incredible. Our older dog was having a hard time, adjusting to the new puppy and really didn’t like him. Avi was extremely knowledgeable and patient and helped us create structure in consistency, which has helped to make a huge difference. He has taught our dogs good habits from the start as well as giving both myself and our dogs confidence. Thanks to His guidance, their relationship has improved so much in our home feels more calm and balanced. He provided us with practical tools that were easy to follow and tailored specifically to our personalities and needs. Most importantly, no correction or spike collars were needed or used for our dogs.

We rescued our pittie, Tilly, in Pennsylvania after she had been left outside for seven months and without food for at least several weeks. After spending two weeks with us there, we drove with her to Florida, where we are living for four months. Tilly is incredibly sweet, but she struggled with pulling on the leash, barking, reactivity, and listening. She also had no door manners when guests arrived. We reached out to Avi, and he responded immediately, offering guidance and—most importantly—hope. We saw results during Avi’s very first visit, where we focused on confident loose-leash walking and door manners. Over the course of the month, not only did Tilly’s confidence soar, but our confidence as handlers improved dramatically as well. We can now walk Tilly confidently on a loose leash, and she truly is a perfect lady. She reliably “leaves” high-value toys and treats when directed and has shown tremendous improvement at the door. While we are still working on her stay and recall, Avi gave us the tools and knowledge to continue mastering those skills. Avi is kind, humane, and clearly passionate about what he does—we affectionately call him “the dog whisperer.” He formed an instant bond with Tilly the moment he walked into our home. Avi understands the behavioral differences between breeds and took the time to see Tilly as an individual, thoughtfully considering her history of abuse while also understanding who we are as owners. We feel incredibly fortunate that we—and Tilly—found Avi, and we would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking compassionate, effective dog training.

Avi is personable and professional, arrives when scheduled. Our puppy Bella really responded to Avi’s training. Abi really helped us, Bella’s owners understand how much a part of the training. Avi goes up and beyond with notes on the session that he delivers along with “homework” to keep Bella focused. We have seen a real change in Bella from where she started till now.
