Aimee was an excellent trainer for us and our dog Benji. She did a great job teaching him commands like sit, down, stay, place, leave it, and drop it. Most importantly, she taught my wife and me how to train him properly, rather than relying solely on her. She also helped address Benji’s reactivity and resource guarding, giving us techniques, drills, and tools to continue to work on these behaviors on our own. Aimee does not use aversive methods, relying only on positive reinforcement, which was important to us. We have seen significant improvement with Benji after working with Aimee and can not recommend her enough.

We recently worked with Aimee for my 10-month-old golden retriever, Walter. Walter is very hyperactive, and Aimee really helped step in to train him in the essentials and shape him into a much more focused and well-mannered pup. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain not only what to do, but why it works, which made a huge difference for us as owners. We saw noticeable improvements in Walter’s behavior in a short amount of time, and we now feel much more confident continuing his training at home. We’re incredibly grateful for Aimee’s help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate trainer.
