After reviewing our records of recent evaluations, I have not been able to identify the session you described, which makes it difficult for me to fully understand what may have happened.<br><br>What I can share is that our trainers regularly work with dogs who struggle with confidence, anxiety, and environmental sensitivities, and helping owners build those skills is an important part of what we do. In some cases, we may suggest additional resources—such as an in-home trainer or a conversation with a veterinarian—as part of a broader support plan. However, we are not veterinarians and do not prescribe or recommend medications.<br><br>I'm also sorry to hear that you felt the interaction was cold.
