CONSUMERS: THINK TWICE BEFORE PAYING ZOOM ROOM FOR A TRAINING PACKAGE. I paid Zoom Room for their full dog-training package, and my experience has been incredibly disappointing. From the very beginning, I warned them that the LED lighting in their facility was extremely bright and was causing me problems. The lighting was so intense when I initially signed up that we literally had to sit in a dark closet to complete my paperwork. I was assured the lights were adjustable and would not always be that bright. That was not my experience. I attended classes on October 4, 5, 12, 18 and 19. Despite wearing sunglasses, hats, and eventually purchasing specialized glaucoma sunglasses specifically so I could try to continue the training, the lighting repeatedly triggered severe migraines lasting multiple days at a time. This wasn't a one-time complaint. I repeatedly told the instructors. I contacted management. I called every week for approximately a month trying to find a solution. I even offered to provide medical documentation explaining how continuing to attend was affecting my health and safety. And here's where my biggest issue with Zoom Room comes in: Nobody told me during those first two weeks that I needed to cancel immediately if I wanted a refund. Instead, I was repeatedly told they would look into the problem and try to make the situation work. I relied on that. I continued trying to attend. I spent additional money trying to make their facility tolerable. I missed work and, as a single mother, was put in the position of struggling to care for my children while dealing with days-long migraines. I sent multiple emails requesting a resolution on November 2, November 8, November 14 and November 25. Eventually, the owner, Victoria Wilks, told me I couldn't get a refund because I had missed their two-week cancellation window. Let that sink in. I was actively reporting the problem, trying to find a solution, and being told they would work on it. Yet after the cancellation period passed, the response became essentially, too late—you should have canceled. I paid a significant amount for a complete training package, including having my dog become a Certified Dog. I am not asking for money back for services I received. I am asking for a prorated refund for services I could not use and that were not provided. I've tried repeatedly to resolve this directly and professionally. My most recent communication has gone unanswered. My advice to anyone considering Zoom Room: DO NOT pay for a large training package without carefully understanding every cancellation and refund provision. Get every promise, accommodation, and representation in writing. And most importantly, don't assume that if a problem occurs, the company will work with you in good faith simply because they tell you they're "looking into it." My experience has been that once they had my money, getting a reasonable resolution became my problem. I would not recommend Zoom Room based on my experience, and I strongly encourage anyone considering their services to do their research and understand exactly what you're agreeing to before handing over your money.

Zoom Room Crestwood really impressed us. Their trainers have legitimate professional credentials, including CCPDT, IAABC, Fear Free and AKC certifications, and it's obvious they're serious about positive, structured dog training. What really separates them from typical obedience classes is the range of training available. You can progress from basic skills into CGC, tricks and enrichment, behavior work, and specialized paths for service and therapy dogs. It's nice having one place where training can continue as your dog's abilities and goals develop. Knowledgeable staff, a well-equipped facility and a much deeper training program than we expected. Definitely worth checking out. Note the tiers, and there are classes/workshopa that are not included in the package deals.

We adopted our dog Brixley around a year ago, the day we brought her home she was terrified of the world. We have been legend clients for around 3 months at zoom room now and Brixley has a new outlook on the world! She now gets very excited when we pull into the parking lot. They train dogs and owners there so I've also learned a lot in this process as well. The staff are always very helpful and informational when I have training questions that don't always pertain to class that day. I can't recommend zoom room enough!
