Zoom Room

I adopted a dog on July 21st. She had been returned to the shelter previously and her vet recommended signing her up at the Zoom Room for classes. At first, she was afraid of every noise and movement I made. But after a few classes she has really become more confident and less afraid. We’ve done Basic obedience and Agility. They are truly worth every penny. All the trainers are so knowledgeable, supportive and kind. I looked into several training places but none offer the variety of classes that the Zoom Room does.

My dogs love going we take Scooby snack for obedience and worked so hard to get into intermediate so proud of him and he does also scent and now loves that one as well, Bon goes for agility intermediate, scent and tricks we did one intermediate obedience lol but definitely recommend for anyone different days we went when they did the Christmas with Santa my other dog who is blind had fun with that event

If you are bringing your dog to Zoom Room Plano, do yourself a huge favor and book your classes with Maya! Maya is an absolute gem and hands down the best trainer here. She is especially amazing with Shiba Inus—as any Shiba parent knows, Shibas can be sensitive, aloof, and tough to engage with strangers. Maya took the time to build genuine trust with my dog, Xiao Ba, and he absolutely adores her. Under her guidance, he actually looks forward to Agility! What sets Maya apart is that she truly CARES about your dog as an individual. If your dog has a unique, non-traditional, or foreign name, Maya takes the time to learn it, pronounce it correctly, and treat your pup with real respect. Sadly, I can’t say the same for the other trainers at this location. While others don't even bother to learn your dog's name—literally referring to them as just "your dog" with minimal personal connection or enthusiasm—Maya brings warm energy, high professionalism, and genuine love to every single session.
