Zen Dog Training

Gordon is an amazing resource for raising your puppy. We got a Norwegian Elkhound puppy who definitely needed a different approach to training then your more common breeds and Gordon knew just what to do to get her to come out of her shell. At the first class all she did was hide in the corner behind us and now she plays with the other pups and even let’s some of the people pet her. Highly recommend.

Neil was amazing!!! He came to our house to help with our two dogs that had gotten into a bad fight. Before his training, they couldn’t even come close to each other. Now months later they are best friends again and are so well behaved! They walk well, don’t bark for our attention, and go in their crates without a fight. He has made the biggest impact on our day to day lives and I can’t say thank you enough!!!

We had a great experience with Zen Dog Training’s Ivy League Puppy Class! We brought our 12-week-old Golden Retriever, Ivy, to Gordon’s class for socialization and early-stage training, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Ivy absolutely loved getting to play with the other pups at the beginning and end of class, and it was a great opportunity for her to interact with dogs of different sizes, personalities, and temperaments. The socialization aspect was invaluable, and it helped her become much more confident around other dogs. Living in Boston, we were struggling with Ivy picking things up off the street during our walks, but Gordon provided us with some great tips and exercises to curb this behavior. Gordon is clearly passionate about dog training, and his calm, positive approach made the whole experience enjoyable for both us and Ivy. We would definitely recommend Zen Dog Training!
