FirstBarkI would give 100 stars if I could. We sent our Gus here for obedience training and oh my what a difference! Gus is a high energy, playful pup that needed guidance as much as we did in helping him reach his full potential! Gus came home and is still playful, energetic, but we can manage him much better! Any future dog we get will be coming here for training. I couldn’t love these folks more!

Dog Training and Boarding Offering Minnesota's premier hunting dog training and boarding. From 2-week to 12-week training courses, we offer hunting dog training programs for every skill level and need. Additionally we offer obedience training for all dogs. Your dog will learn basic commands, gun training, e-collar training, field training, and waterfowl training with us. We also offer specialty training such as shed, pointer and water training. From puppies to mature dogs we will train your dog to be a great companion! We also offer short-term and long-term boarding, full service dog spa and we breed Labrador Retrievers. Located just south of Minneapolis and Saint Paul about an hour, Wild Acre Kennels is your dogs home away from home!

We just picked him up from Obedience training and I would swear he’s a different dog! We are so impressed!

My 9mo old pup died 6 days after being in the "care of" Wild Acre Kennels. Pneumonia with traces of ecoli. Make your decision wisely. Don't be fooled by their bombardment of "5 star" reviews to bury their actual rating. Your dogs life might depend on it.
Wild Acre Kennels is the best! Raelyn and Andrew truly care about the dogs. Our dog gets very anxious when we take him there for his nails to get clipped and they do such a fabulous job with him.
