Keeping dogs SAFE is our primary concern. Your dog is not a good fit because he doesn't have good social skills. I told you that he is very immature socially and doesn't take cues from other dogs when enough is enough, which is very unsafe. I was very respectful and suggested training and teaching boundaries and rules. Perhaps that hit a nerve. He obviously doesn't understand boundaries with you - you know this because you have your "puppy" wearing a prong collar just to walk him into our establishment. We can help you change that, but daycare is about fun play, not training. Exercise is not making other dogs miserable. We will not risk the safety of other dogs or staff to train your dog in the daycare environment beyond what is normal for that environment. He is not aggressive or mean, but he is causing problems. We have a DOUBLE glass door for everyone to view the daycare from the store. I allowed you to see the space, I simply told you you couldn't enter that space. I even held the door open for you to see it as I took your dog into the daycare. We run a safe facility and I stand on the decision to not allow your dog to create an unsafe environment for himself or other dogs. I told you that your dog was a good dog that I didn't want to see become a bad dog by way of a bad experience. If that makes me rude, I will take that. I will always advocate for the safety of the dogs. I can't change that I am short. I wasn't fortunate to be as tall as you, I suppose. I have a big heart for dogs which makes up for my height. I won't change that I care about all of the dogs that come to our facility, including yours.
