I cannot say enough about the staff at West Mountain Kennels and the care our dog receives while staying there. Melissa and the staff truly get our dog and his quirks and know how to best care for him and engage him during his stays. He is always excited and happy when we take him for a boarding visit and he loves being reunited with the staff. I have complete peace of mind when I drop him off and do not worry about him at all while he is in their care. We have been boarding him exclusively at West Mountain Kennels since our life changing board & train experience there in 2020. Every time our dog stays at the kennel his training is reinforced and we can come for refresher lessons when needed. This is an amazing perk of having gone through their board & train program. I have referred several families to West Mountain Kennels and will continue to do so. The facility itself is always clean and is a great environment for our dog.
