West Michigan k-9 is an amazing place to send your dog. You can tell they’re very passionate about what they do and wanting the best for your dog. I love that they send report cards three times a week and everyday they let you know how much your dog ate. My German shepherd came home super well trained and you could tell she had an amazing time with them.
The trainer was knowledgeable in techniques. He was very patient with my husband and I as we practiced what he taught.
Terrible, terrible experience. The owner has a big ego and lacks any sort of empathy with handing back a dog who was traumatized and NOWHERE near trained. Said he could “snap them into shape” which should tell you everything you need to know. Steer clear of this place.
