Ray is absolutely amazing! He turned our adopted 2 year old yellow lab, Hank, into a hunting machine and the perfect family dog. When we adopted Hank I was unable to walk him on a leash due to the pulling and shear size and strength. After his time with Ray I can take him anywhere and the leash is only there because of the law. My two little girls love Ray, and going to "Mr. Ray's" to see the all the dogs. If you are considering having your dog trained for obedience or hunting I would look no further than Ray.

We have been extremely satisfied with the Training and care that our dog "Church" has received from Ray. It is very obvious when you are with him of his vast amount of knowledge and just pure love that he possesses for dogs. We are glad Church has had the opportunity to work with Ray and we hope to continue an ongoing relationship and would not hesitate and would encourage our friends and family to use webfoot as well.

Ray trained my black lab Lucy for me. I am impressed that he uses an incredible amount of psychology on the dogs he trains. If you sit and talk with him about his methods and techniques, he will tell you that every dog is unique and different...therefore requiring different methods on every single dog. Just as people have different personalities and work ethics, so do dogs! His job is to get inside of the dogs head and know what they are thinking, and then use this to coerce the dog to behave as he wants them to behave. My particular dog was very passive, yet stubborn, all while being highly energetic. This was a very difficult personality to figure out and direct/train, but Ray did a wonderful job with her. I would recommend Webfoot Retrievers to anyone looking for a good outcome for training their dog in whatever area is needed. Ray always puts the welfare of the dog ahead of the desire of the owners, and will never push a dog further and harder than it can legitimately move forward......as doing so would harm the dogs future ability to be trained and would "shut down".
