Alyssa is an exceptional trainer! She helped us immensely with training our puppy Oscar. We got him when he was already 8 months old so he was trained in the basics, but we needed help with commanding him and with leash-pulling. We are first time dog owners so the training was more for us to learn how to give commands. She was very patient and explained everything we needed to know. We highly recommend Alyssa for any dog training needs you may have!

Before bringing my dog to Alyssa, just a few months ago, he was incredibly reactive and pulled on the leash like nobody’s business, taking him for a walk was a stressful and frustrating event. Fast forward to today, I’m able to walk him around my town with no leash and not a care in the world. He couldn’t care less about any dogs or people we pass on our walks and it has made life much easier for both him and I, thank you Alyssa for all the help!!!

Volancy Dogs (Alyssa) and her skilled training completely changed our and our dog, Allie's, lives for the better! Before this training, Allie was a major "puller" on leash and did not always respond to commands despite treats and previous training. After 2 weeks with Alyssa, Allie is an AMAZING "heel" walker and responds quickly to commands with and without treats. We can't believe we had a dog without this training before! The difference is truly incredible. What we are most thrilled about is the ability to go off-leash with Allie. It allows us and her so much more freedom and we can tell that Allie is more fulfilled in life. Not only does Allie have more freedom, but the safety component is critical. Allie has great recall and we have the security of the E-collar when needed. While with Alyssa, Allie was also crate-trained, which is a game-changer as we are expecting our first child in June. We are now able to tell her "place" and she will go to her bed or crate and stay there until further commands are given. Lastly, Alyssa provided clear and consistent communication throughout the training time. We appreciated her spending multiple hours with us in our home and environment to "train" us to follow up on everything Allie learned. She provided us a thorough document that detailed all commands, reasoning behind the rules of training, and specific comments for our dog. Months later, Alyssa is still available to answer any questions that come up. Her commitment to us was very impressive and not something that is easy to find. We would recommend Volancy Dogs to ANY dog owner and know we will be sending any of our future dogs as well. This was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Thank you, Volancy Dogs!

Alyssa was great with our 6 month old miniature dachshund puppy who was a bit reactive. After only 3 sessions together, he was already so much better around other people and dogs. Not only did our puppy learn, but we learned too so that we could continue his training ourselves at home! I’m forever grateful to Alyssa. This is my first dog, and so I felt very lost about what to do with him, but Alyssa definitely helped in changing all of that. The price is also extremely reasonable for the amount of time Alyssa spends with you. Can’t recommend enough!
