We had an amazing experience with VIP Dog Training! I took my dog Bear, and the transformation has been incredible. Theresa teaches both owner and dog. She was professional, patient, and truly understood his personality and energy. She didn’t just train him — she trained me too, which made all the difference! The communication, structure, and consistency they provided gave Bear confidence and better behavior at home and in public. He’s more focused, responsive, and calm — and I feel more confident as a dog owner too. I highly recommend VIP Dog Training to anyone who wants real results for their pet.

Theresa was our wonderful trainer from Very Important Pet Services. Our sweet golden retriever Gracie was a ‘new’ dog after our six sessions and we learned very quickly that the training was really for us! Theresa created such a calming environment, sharing years of practical yet proven wisdom to apply to unique personalities and challenges of each dog. We looked forward to class each week and now have the tools and techniques to take forward. We are so grateful we found her.

I have a highly reactive 3 yr old half pittie/lab. My goal was to get him to listen on command and not be so reactive to be able to take him anywhere. I could always see his potential, but did not have the knowledge to get him to that point. I posted on yelp looking for a quote and a few replied. I decided to go with VIPet Services. I have no regrets about my decision. My first conversation with Theresa was, I need someone to train me so I can train/handle my dog better lol. I told her my goal. She is very professional, easy going and understanding. Her training knowledge, guidance and support is spot on. I praised her when she would kindly correct me as I want to be the best I can for my dog. Its true when they say it's the dog owner who needs to be trained. Although I have not fully reached my goal as that takes time and effort, overall, my dog has greatly improved from when we first started and I feel more confident as well. I would highly recommend Theresa for your dog training needs.
