Valhalla Hunt Club & Kennels

We love Valhalla. If you want your dog trained in a positive manner this is the place for you. The trainers communicate with us at least once a week. Jennifer, Ryan, and Jr Trainer Lucas are fantastic. They have knowledge of many breeds other than the “usual suspects”. We own Wirehaired Pointing Griffs and they understand they do not learn like GSPs. Highly recommend. Photos taken by Jennifer.

GO ELSEWHERE! Kennel was great last year and staff very nice and caring. They were also very fair in pricing for the time they actually had your dogs. We had 2 dogs stay for 3 nights and were charged $289.00 we did pay for the outside play time. When we questioned them we were told well you picked up after 11am. We dropped off 3:30pm on Monday picked up 2:45pm on Thursday. They charged $84.00 for a late pick up. That's more than we paid per night for the dogs to stay there? Then on top of it they are rude when you try to explain the logic to them. They weren't even in your care for 72 hours. We won't be taking my dogs there anymore so just beware if you pick up after 11am you might as well have your dogs stay another night because you will be charged $84.00 regardless of when you dropped off. I guess they can't use common sense of how long they have had your dogs in their care and charge you accordingly? I can understand a late fee but $84.00 for 3 hours and not even having our dogs for a full 3 days and now being charged more than what I would have paid for a 4 day stay is nonsense. You can tell they don't care about your dogs they just want your money. So BEWARE!
