Utah K9 Training

I paid for training for my dog in February 2021 and had my dog scheduled to board and train in April. I haven't received any communication with this company since they took my money. I've contacted them multiple times through email, texts, and phone calls nothing. My dog hasn't got trained and they haven't responded to me at all regarding getting my money back. I paid almost $2,000 to them. That is not a little amout of money and I'm a single mom so it's been very frustrating. I just want a refund so I can go somewhere else. DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR DOG TRAINING. They are unprofessional.

I took my 8 month labradoodle to be trained with Mike. I did the basics class for a month then did the doggy day camp the next month. It was wonderful! Mike is very knowledgeable and skilled with dogs. He is extremely patient and consistent with the things he teaches. He is great at explaining the processes and the why behind them. My dog really liked him and responded well to the training. I highly recommend this business for any dog in any phase of training. I especially like using the E-Collar as part of the training to reinforce the things we are teaching him.
