Utah Bird Dog Training provides professional bird dog and obedience training in Payson, Utah, backed by nearly 20 years of experience. We train retrievers, pointing dogs, and family dogs through structured board-and-train programs, from puppy foundations and obedience to advanced upland and waterfowl training. Our goal is to develop reliable, confident dogs that perform in the field and are enjoyable to live with at home. We work with dog owners throughout Utah and across the West.

Just picked up my American Labrador Retriever after 4 months of upland game bird dog training and the team delivered a finished dog. Thanks you! She is obedient, quartering, tracking, flushing and retrieving to hand. I also appreciate the time training her to cast and use hand commands when those doubles occur or cleaning up cripples. I look forward to continuing to reinforce their foundations and hunting her in the fall! I highly recommend UBDT.

UBD is amazing to work with! They make the whole process as simple as possible and Jeff got my dog to a new level I knew he was capable of but couldn’t seem to get him there on my own. The price is also more than worth it for the level of training received.
