Scott and Barbara have created an amazing behavioral program! At the first session, Scott drafted an individualized treatment plan to address my unique concerns for my Great Dane. I was consistently in awe of the care and attention Scott put into curating every exercise to best suit my large breed pup. He also provided reference materials to aid in the continued training of my girl at home. In just a few weeks, I already see changes in her food guarding and leash lunging behaviors. Highly recommend this program!

We had an amazing experience working with Scott! He is so knowledgeable and gave us the tools we needed to help our dog. If you’re considering a behaviorist for your dog, you need to go to Scott!! Our dog is already doing so much better and it’s amazing to see how happy he is and how relaxed we can feel when we’re out and about with him.

Scott's knowledge of canine behavior is extensive. He first helps you to understand why a dog is behaving a certain way and then guides you how to address those behaviors. We have worked with others without the success we have had with Scott's approach to fear-based aggression. I highly recommend him!

Scott has been an amazing help to me. He is kind and understanding but completely honest and doesn't sugarcoat things. He gives concise instructions and answers any questions you may have. He is great at breaking complicated things down for easier understanding and setting everything up in a way that doesn't feel overwhelming to achieve. He is very personable, and you can tell he is extremely knowledgeable about what he teaches you. He has helped my fearful and reactive dog Luka, gain freedom on walks. Luka would lunge at dogs and people walking by, but with Scott's help and guidance, he can walk right past a dog or person without raising a hair on his back. I can't begin to describe how amazing it is to walk my dog without fear of bad reactions. Scott is amazing, and I would absolutely wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who has a fearful and reactive dog. And I have to give a shout-out to his wife Barbara who's super sweet and friendly as well.

It really cannot be said enough - the work that Scott and Barbara do through USA Dog Behavior is life changing, for the pups and the humans! Worth every penny. As anyone with a reactive dog knows, it can be embarrassing, isolating, and seemingly hopeless at times. It was always difficult to not have others see and love my pup the way that I do because of her fear aggression. Scott stepped in and not only approached the situation with confidence and evidence-based practice but with a love and understanding that cannot be explained with words. He is honest and straight-forward when needed but also compassionate in his words and actions and a source of hope. His knowledge, skills, and all-around good heart can't be found anywhere else and make it evident that he has a calling for this line of work. With Scott's guidance and a lot of time and love, Sadie is already showing significant improvement in regard to her fear aggression and living a more relaxed life. I can't wait to see her progress in months to come. Scott and Barbara - thank you!!
