With over 30 years of combined experience, our private in-home boarding is the way to go! Darren & Hayley grew up with dogs; Boxers and Boston Terriers and both of us have been in the boarding and pet care industry. We both have backgrounds in dog training; specifically working with fear, anxiety and reactivity together with many years of rescue and rehabilitation work.

Unleashed is Simba's home away from home while we travel. He is always so happy each time we drop him off and barely even says goodbye to us since he is so excited to play and hang out with his friends and the AMAZING staff at Unleashed. Unleashed has been our #1 go to for years due to the friendliness/flexibility of the staff, the beautiful facilities, knowing our dog is safe while we are away, and because Simba is always so well cared for. We also appreciate the pictures we receive of our dog while we are on vacation. It is such a peace of mind knowing that Simba is in great hands while we are traveling. I recommend Unleashed to anyone who wants a reliable, affordable, and caring place for their dog while they are away. I am so thankful we found Unleashed and I appreciate everything they do to ensure our dog has a great stay each time.

Best place we’ve taken our dogs to in over 6 years including all over Twin Cities and Ohio. I would recommend anyone’s pet to go here as they treat their guests like their own. Absolutely amazing experience every single time.

They did an amazing job with our dog, Tully, while she had two weeks of training and boarding! Tully was well taken care of, learned many new skills that we feel confident we can continue to encourage and build upon at home, and she came home happy and much more well mannered! It is easy to see that the owners are very passionate and knowledgeable! We would definitely recommend!

We brought our three year old pitbull terrier Willy for an evaluation. Darren greeted us up front and explained how the whole hour ordeal would play out. He was very direct and honest with us through everything. He explained that some of the tools we were using were incorrect or wrongly sized and even sent us home with a better fit so we can work with him at home with the correct tools. Darren tested our pup with one of his own dogs and taught us how to correct certain behavior on site and immediately showed us another side of Willy we have never seen. I’m extremely impressed with their methods and I’m confident he could fix our current reactivity issues with Willy. Thank you Darren/Unleashed!

We sent Willy to Unleashed for their 2 week board and train program for reactivity/aggression. He came back a more settled and confident dog. The amount of work they put into him is clearly shown. Since we got him back, we have been continuing their work and slowly starting to integrate our two boys back together. Willy settles in our home so much better now and has less outbursts at passerby's. We are excited to continue our work with Willy and we are happy to know that Unleashed is just a phone call/text away if we need any help.
