I am BLOWN AWAY! I sent a very hyper one year old golden doodle dog with Matt 2 weeks ago. She is a different dog! She is calm, we enjoy her so much more, and Matt took the time to train us afterward on how to continue her wonderful behavior at home. Matt sent us videos of her progress and typed out different lessons on why he was doing what he was doing. Mary was wonderful to work with too! I highly recommend Unleashed Academy!

We completed the puppy kindergarten course at Unleashed Academy, and having never done a formal dog training with prior animals, this was such an informative and amazing experience. Despite my chocolate lab not passing some of the “challenges” perfectly, Mary and her trainer were so supportive and the environment was very positive. Knowing that I will need to keep up with the tools they have provided me, I am now very confident in the training process! Thank you, and I recommend them for any new puppy owners.

DO NOT GO TO UNLEASHED ACADEMY Warning to any dog owner stay away from this business, I am out $3500 now, my dog is not trained, it’s a many part series where they train the dog and then you. I did not get the entire second half which was the training the human. When I called after not getting a response over email. Owner continues to be disrespectful telling me is not going to talk to me, she won’t give me refund, regardless of their satisfaction guarantee, then hung up on me. She took my money won’t take accountability for anything!! Attached is my email which states all things that I had an issue with. Her comment, “We don’t each marriage counseling here,” then laughing thinking it was funny. Unprofessional, disrespectful, ignorant. The most expensive negative experience ever. Owner refuses to communicate and tells you she is done talking.To add to this they use an E COLLAR to train, then want you to buy the $200.Who is walking around the house with a tv remote all the time. That completely defeats the point of training, $3500 to tell me buy a $200 collar to walk around my house with a remote. Then told me when I asked how to get the dog to stop barking without the collar. “Just put the dog in the kennel and let him bark, it will stop.” So yeah go to Amazon buy a bark collar and a bag of treats. Owner refuses to take any accountability.

Matthew and Mary at Unleashed Academy have completely transformed life with my Airedale puppy, Ace. Ace is the sweetest, biggest dog — but his boundless energy was unmanageable. He was easily distracted, destructive, constantly on the go, jumping on people, mouthing everything, pushing open doors, and “boomeranging” commands. After completing the board-and-stay program, everything changed. I was given clear, practical maintenance tasks to continue at home, and since his return, Ace has become the best dog. His recall is solid, he holds his place command, he’s easily redirected, and he’s far more manageable in every setting. I can’t recommend this program enough — it’s truly an investment in your dog and your own peace of mind.
