Dumb self wash dog system, called before hand to ask how it works and had to ask every question then get here and i have to text a number to get entry, irritated me within a mintue of first impression. Edit: it wasnt after hours that i went, there is no pricing before you even have to ask for a code. And staff is no help when answering questions as they just lock you out unless you have a training appointment

I was able to train my puppy without treats which was great! They're very kind and made it very fun and easy to teach us how to train our puppies and we receive toys for our improvements. However, for $399 I feel like 4 classes is not enough time. Not only that, for 2/4 classes there was a blonde lady who gave me an insane amount of attitude and the group I was with because we didn't learn leadership skills in the first class. She insulted my puppy and me because I was struggling to leash walk with him, saying I clearly don't know how to control my puppy and I wouldn't be able to train my puppy properly if I don't get his behavior under control (he would get overly excited) as if it's not my first time having a puppy not to mention HE IS a PUPPY. She ruined the experience for me but the training methods are alright but $399 was not worth it.
