My wife and I recently moved to East Tennessee. After settling in, we decided to rescue A black Labrador from a local rescue organization. Her name is Ellie and is almost 5 years old, according to the paperwork from the organization. She is a sweet dog that is very high Energy with very poor leash manners. If she saw a tennis ball or it is feeding time, she would be virtually uncontrollable. These manners made it almost impossible to enjoy a nice walk in the neighborhood without the risk of being pulled across the street. After reading many reviews, like this one, we contacted LeSandro & Sarah at United We Train. LeSandro came to our house, Not only to evaluate Ellie, but also to evaluate my wife and I as owners. LeSandro’s philosophy In training is both an investment in the animal as well as the owners. We enrolled Ellie in the three week board and train program. The improvement in Ellie from week to week was exponential. My wife and I were both amazed at the real life challenges and training that measured her success. At United We Train, both LeSandro and Sarah provided the best environment for Ellie to be successful. Her training was also documented by many video updates, Text messages and emails if necessary. My wife and I highly recommend United We Train because we have seen the results and our investment payoff. Plus, LeSandro and Sarah are quality people. A big, thumbs up!

These guys aren’t just great trainers but awesome people. Brought them a wild 9month old male German Shepard I adopted and literally within 2 days he was on his way to being a gentlemen. He arrived needing a muzzle (safety first!) but it was gone the next day I believe. When putting your dog into a training program, it’s just as much about the person as it is the dog. At United we train they were excellent at explaining the why behind everything (my favorite piece of insight was at Home Depot when he explained to me why dogs will sit in front of you instead of by your side sometimes. And the reason was because They weren’t entirely secure in their surroundings and needed to have a good vantage point to see around them. Which made total sense! And now that I know that I can connect it to other types of behaviors) It may seem small and silly, but to me, it made total sense and connected a lot of dots! I grew up with dogs who were highly trained, and did akc hunt trials but they were a different breed. Plus no 2 trainers r the same. LeSandro Pushed me and helped me get out of my old habits and what I was used to. Picking up Kaiser On his last day was bittersweet, but I can say without question I chose the absolute best place for him. Today I took him off leash the whole time, and he only needed one buzz he listens beautifully. Sarah and LeSando, I can’t thank you enough! And thank you for being so kind last week with my scatter brain. I was definitely more work than Kai I’m sure. I will happily be recommending you to anyone in need of a trainer!
