I reached out to Unique Souls Canine Training after my rescue pup was attacked by a neighborhood dog. My rescue pup was already showing signs of separation anxiety and reactivity and the attack put that over the edge. I was exhausted and out of my depth on how to help my pup. Unique Souls Canine Training has provided a safe and supportive environment for me to learn how to help and train my pup. They are a well of knowledge and their passion for pups shine through. We are making progress on feeling comfortable with walking, with being left home for short amounts of time, and handling other people coming in and out of the house. They gave me hope and the tools I needed to best understand and support my pup in the way that she was needing. We are now happily attending AKC puppy training lessons with them and it blows my mind at the things I am able to leave a 45-60 minute session with. I especially love that they text throughout the week to check in and provide any additional insights or supports.
Gigi & Mark have been awesome helping train our 6 month old golden doodle puppy (let’s be honest, they are training us as much as the dog :). They have been easy to get a hold of and came to do sessions in our home. One thing I really appreciate is how they explain how/why the training works and offer insights to us on how to interpret our pups behaviors. Thanks Gigi & Mark!!
