UberDog Training

Katrina and Greg have helped us work with our 8 month old pup. She came to us very shy and fearful of people. She is now a super happy, outgoing 10 month old. We are still working on fine tuning, but she has come far in a short period of time. Katrina did the in home training with us and individualized it to our particular needs. She always listens to the issues we have and gives us the tools to fix them quickly. We are now enjoying the group lessons. They hold them in their facility and in parks all over Charlotte. It provides great diversity of distractions so you know your dog is really continuing to learn. Greg and Katrina are often both at the group lessons, which is great. They each have their own teaching style of both the dogs and more often, we owners. The uniqueness of each of them makes the lessons so much more effective. I look forward to going to class and always feel like it was time well spent. There is no question that UberDog is helping us fully enjoy our dog.

Greg and Katrina have done a great job training my dog Lexie. Or more accurately, training me. Lexie was a rabbit chaser, and after getting hit by a car and spending the night in the doggy ER, I knew I needed to step up her training. Greg and Katrina have taught me how to make training fun for Lexie. She is rarely on a leash these days, and is always well behaved. She's even earned the status of a TDI tested Therapy Dog. I'd recommend UberDog to anyone wanting training, whether basic obedience, or price winning performance.

My husband and I moved from VA in March of 2012 with our 8-month-old chocolate lab, Sugar. In June we joined the UbeDdog team when we started to notice some aggression issues Sugar was having. Today she is a completely different dog and we could not be happier with how she is progressing in her training. Hands down Greg and Katrina are the best trainers out there! They are passionate about what they do and they truly care about helping you have a better life with your dog. The group classes are amazing because they are held at different locations around the area, inside and outside, and this really helped Sugar learn to overcome distractions. And the best part is there is no limit on how many we can take her to unlike other training programs we’ve done in the past where you only get 8 or 10 classes. So yeah, we LOVE UberDog and Sugar LOVES being an UberDog! If you truly want to have a better life with your dog then this is the program for you.

Katrina and Greg are AMAZING!!! After less than 6 months I can't believe the difference in my dog. Before UberDog she was a little timid and didn't listen to a word I said. Now because of Greg and Katrina I know it isn't because she doesn't listen, it is because I am not giving her enough information to understand. She doesn't flinch away when people try to pet her anymore and she has a lot more energy. When I started she barely understood sit and I had given up on down. She was pulling on the leash when walking and even though she is only 35 lbs my arms would get tired very quick trying to hold her back. But now she walks beside me with a loose leash and follows my lead on the walk, not the other way around. She will do sit, down, stay (even if I walk out of the room), place, roll over and she even picked up walking with her paws on my feet. Although my dog has never been aggressive I have seen them work with a couple and it amazing how quickly they can get them to calm down, focused and ready to learn. I would recommend anyone to use UberDog. It is worth every penny.

I can not say enough good things about UberDog Training and their trainers Greg and Katrina. I had a very skiddish chow mix who had to meet you over and over to let you get close to her, would run away as soon as off of her leash, would pull and get cranky with dogs on the leash. Now I have full off-leash control, she lets strangers pet her - even kids! Which I never thought she would be referred to as "sweet" but now is! I will always reccomend this training program to anyone who is looking to change the way they experience life with their dog. Good Dog. Good Life!
