Turn Around Dogs Behavior &Training

Amber was such a brilliant trainer! We have a very nervous puppy, Theo, who would pull so much on walks and would react to people and dogs. We did the board and train with Turn Around Dogs for four weeks and Theo turned out to be so much better at not pulling. It was life changing for us and we just love walking him now. We do understand that it is our part as paw parents to constantly train our puppy after this training session so we didn't expect our puppy to improve right away. Amber taught us what and not to do with his reactivity at home so it's been improving. We cannot describe how amazing Amber and Pete are as dog trainers. It's a lot of knowledge and work. My aussie was 6-7 months old when she went to Amber & Pete. She was absolutely crazy and I had no idea how to help her be a better dog. Then I found Amber & Pete and they said they could help me and they sure did. My aussie Ember is now 10 months I'm still working on her attention span with commands while being a puppy 🤣 but she's extremely calm now and no longer nipping and jumping on people and they so down to earth and they will stay in contact with you and if you need help they are willing to help you and your dog these guys are amazing and so willing to help you I would recommend you to them 100%

We took our 10 month old Bernedoodle puppy to Amber and Pete because we were at our wits end. They worked with her for 4 weeks and we can say it was well worth the time and money. She's still our big, excitable puppy, but so much better behaved than before. We find it's easier to calm her down and get her to listen and follow commands. Walking her is SO much better than before. Amber and Pete really know dogs and they're incredibly patient. We recommend Turn Around Dogs whole-heartedly!

Amber and Pete were so incredibly helpful in providing us with tips and tricks to better understanding our dogs behavior! We got a rescue from the humane society in Lawrence and she threw us quite a few curve balls we weren’t prepared for. Amber and Pete were ready to hop in with our in-home sessions and even brought one of their dogs to assist with some walking exercises. They were more than happy to drive to Lawrence to help with Willow - we highly recommend their services!
