Rebecca is a wonderful dog trainer. Super knowledgeable, definitely has a great rapport with our dog. Most importantly, great at teaching we humans how to train our dog properly. COVID changed things, and we were lucky enough to get a Ridgeback, the dogs my husband grew up with. We loved her but we needed help learning how to communicate with her. We were doing ok but feeling overwhelmed. The minute we found Rebecca, everything was better. We learned how to work with her and our every day became so much easier because we knew what to do. She is clear with her recommendations, takes into account our household and our needs, and helped us love our wonderful dog! We hired Rebecca for on-site puppy training with our small pup, primarily just to get the basics down and to make sure we were doing all the right things. Rebecca was awesome with us and the pup, working directly with us outside in our back yard and around the neighborhood. Every session included a walk for leash behavior and some play/training activity. Our last two sessions we met in a city park for trail hikes, distraction and call/return training. We learned quite a bit from Rebecca and the pup has retained the training as we continue to enforce what we learned. Overall we really enjoyed working with Rebecca and would absolutely recommend her for on-site, 1:1 training.
