Shane does one on one training and was incredibly communicative throughout the whole process, sending regular updates and videos so we always knew how Nellie was doing. He has a natural way with dogs and is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what he does. Shane was amazing to work with! He came to our home for a short session and made a huge impact right away.
