It is an invaluable resource. She's a wonderful professional with a gift for dog training. God gave her a special ability, which she uses to help people understand and connect with their pets. I brought my dog to a four visit class with hopes to address her leash behavior (pulling, lunging at dogs and people, etc) I found Sara to be very knowledgeable and she clearly loves what she does. She gave me a lot of insight into my dog's behavior and steps to address the issues. I'm so pleased with my dog's behavior on leash after just 4 classes I wish that I had the funds to continue on a regular basis!

Signed up for 2 issues: barking and jumping. Barking was never addressed and the jumping has gotten worse! Nothing she taught actually woked. Sara actually encouraged Laska to jump on her! We almost didn't sign up after seeing her own unruly dogs, but decided to take a chance. A big Wasted $270!!

Wow. Congratulations on being the first bad review I have ever gotten in 14 years of business. These lies must be addressed I guess, because you left out an awful lot of info. Trying to convince the public that I can't teach a dog not to jump on people is ridiculous. I addressed the reasons for jumping and gave you and your husband exercises to practice for the week. You came to the next class and complained that it was worse. When I asked if you performed the extremely easy directions, you laughed and said no. I told you to begin by ignoring your dog when you entered the house, you were making fun of him while telling me how he pets and talks to her when he walks in the door. You did the exact opposite of my advice on every item. Exact opposite. The same thing with guests. Then your husband told me he was upset because the other dog in class was "getting all the attention". I did agree that the dogs were not compatible so I GAVE BOTH PARTIES THE REMAINDER OF CLASSES PRIVATELY FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE. I also offered you an extra private for free. Your husband came to one of them and did very well actually. I told him to work on it for a week and call me to make the next appointment. I never saw you again. This was about three months ago. If you want training you have to come to the training. I don't know what your problem is but it clearly has nothing to do with me. And making fun of my neurologically challenged rescue dog hits a new low. You should be ashamed of yourself.

We're so grateful for our coaching from Sara at Tranquil Dog! Training the HUMANS was challenging but rewarding! We have a pack of 4 dogs that had a simmer of chaos. Now we have respect and calm! We brought in our dog wondering if he could be helped with his many behavioral issues. I learned so many new things about training a dog that I never knew and I feel like I’ll forever be a better dog owner for it. I’m also shocked that, only a few days later, my dogs behavior has changed SO much! He is doing so well and I’m sticking to everything I was told by Sara, because it clearly works! She is very reasonable, affordable, and will truly take the time to talk with you- even after your appointment! Highly recommend.
