Training Tracks Canine Learning Station

We have been a client of Training Tracks since March 2022. We found Training Tracks when looking for local training options that utilized positive reinforcement (not e-collar training). Ollie successfully "graduated" from the Wonder Dog training school program. The intensive nature of this program really helped teach all of the skills and commands, and Ollie, our "little" foodie, LOVED the treats he earned while learning these things. I think the hardest part of training a dog is the follow up and continuation of training by the people who interact with the dog on a daily basis (us!). We do our best to continue working with Ollie in our daily lives, but have found the invaluable addition of continuing reinforcement of his training through the Stay and Play program at Training Tracks. He attends twice a week and has an absolute blast playing with his friends and reinforcing his training. He loves "school" days, the staff, and we have made several friends thanks to our dogs becoming besties at school. I can't recommend Training Tracks more. The staff love and treat your dog as their own, and teach skills to help your pup be successful in their daily interactions.

I have been using training tracks for training, daycare, and boarding since I first got my puppy 9 months ago. They have been incredible from the very start. As someone who has worked in vet med for 10 years starting out in a boarding kennel myself, I have seen the best and worst of what training and boarding facilities have to offer. My puppy did the two week board and train and follows up with day school once a week. She is incredibly trained and very obviously loves going to training tracks. She is becoming the perfect young dog I wanted her to be and some of that credit definitely goes to the staff here. They work with each dog individually and meet you where you are at. They are force free and very responsible with daycare and boarding, I do not have to stress when I drop her off. There are so many training and boarding facilities in this area but training tracks truly stands out and is willing to help all dogs and their people.

If you’re looking for a place you can truly trust with your dog, Training Tracks is it. They are reliable, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely care about every dog that walks through their doors. The team is educated, patient, and always willing to share helpful insight about training and behavior. What really stands out is how flexible and accommodating they are—they go out of their way to work with schedules and make sure both dogs and owners feel supported. Most importantly, they are completely trustworthy. You know your dog is safe, loved, and having the best time while they’re there. Training Tracks has been such a positive experience for our family, and we are so grateful for the care and dedication they show every single day.

I have nothing but high praise for Training Tracks Canine Learning Center and their staff. I have been a periodic client (every time I get a new dog or have an issue with a current one) of Training Tracks for at least ten years. I have firsthand knowledge of their programs and services and have never had a complaint. Mel and Jeff (and staff) are on top of it. They look out for the best situation for both owners and dogs and train the owners appropriately. They helped decide if a dog was the right fit for me, and how to help a new dog join my pack. My pets and I have participated in their basic training classes, in home training, video consults, Stay and Play, and boarding. They encourage email questions between training sessions to help owners make the best use of their knowledge. Just a few examples include: Helping me learn how to work with a newly blind dog (video visit) Home visits with a challenging dog who wasn’t sure about a new dog (in home visits), Sounding board for how to help an aging dog, and of course, their training classes for at least 7 dogs over the last decade. I do not hesitate to contact them when I have a question or concern and they always come through. I recommend Training Tracks frequently and will continue to do so. We are very lucky to have such an exemplary Canine Learning Center in our midst and you should not hesitate to work with them along with your pets.

We love Training Tracks. Our first experience was sending our Labrador puppy Luca to the learn and return program. We were amazed how much he learned in a manner of weeks! The commands made sense and are great workable tools for a multiple dog and young kid family like ours. He was much easier to handle after his return. Also - If you have any questions, they welcome any inquiries regarding your dogs training after training is complete . It’s been almost a year since Luca was trained and whenever I have a question on how to handle a situation, I always get great feedback. We were so impressed with them, we decided to continue using their services to board the Luca. He absolutely loves it there. We call it puppy camp whenever are out of town.
