We provide a 24/7 training experience unlike any other. We go way beyond obedience commands, using our busy home to teach your dog the obedience and practical manners he needs in yours. Dogs learn to stay off counters in our kitchen, greet people at our front door, and not to beg at our dinner table. They learn leash walking in our residential neighborhood. Because we take only a small number of dogs and do it in our home rather than in a kennel, we can take young puppies that most board and train programs will not. New puppies may be incredibly adorable, but that first month of house training and socialization can be stressful and frustrating, especially for first-time puppy owners. When we rescued our last puppy we were looking for local training that didn't use collars and focused on positive reinforcement. We came to an initial consultation at the West Chester location and signed our puppy up for a month long weekly training. Once a week we received transfer lessons showing us how to reinforce his training. After our pup graduated we signed him up for doggy daycare twice a week because he loved it so much. It is going on 3 years now and when we pick him up he never wants to come home and wants to go back in with his dog friends and trainers. The staff treat all the dogs like their own pets and it is easy to see the dogs are cared for. We've also made a lot of new dog and human friends along the way. Would highly recommend.

Training tracks has been wonderful for my dog Luna! The staff are so patient and good with her. She has learned so much. We started with board and train and now do day care. Luna (and our family) have made so many friends (dogs and humans!). Jeff and his staff are great trainers and only use positive reinforcement. They are creative and make training fun! Highly recommend.

As a veterinarian, I have referred difficult cases, rambunctious hooligans, and all doggos who could benefit from some manners to Jeff Silverman and Training Tracks. Jeff is dogged is his pursuit and application of evidence-based training methods. He is ethical to his core in his client communications and training methods. I cannot recommend Jeff and the Training Tracks team highly enough.

I reached out to Training Tracks to get assistance with a shelter dog I was fostering. Without even seeing the dog, Jeff shared information with a potential adopter. Sadly, the adopter then decided not to meet the dog based on what Jeff reported. I expect a higher level of professionalism and a fair assessment. Not a prejudgement.

We are having a terrible time getting anyone to return our calls Jeff Silverman won’t respond to are voicemails that we have left or our text messages I think it is very disrespectful if they don’t care enough about communication with the owner what makes you think they will care for your dog it’s ashame
