Training Spot

It's hard to put into words just how wonderful of an experience it's been working with Tera at The Training Spot. To start, Padma was beyond helpful getting us connected with the appropriate service our sweet Hazy May really needed. Her knowledge, communication and assistance was beyond appreciated. I asked a lot of questions and she took really great care of us and our unique situation. Our sweet little girl had a traumatic first few weeks of her life being born in a crowded shelter and has major anxiety, trust and confidence issues. Tera's guidance, patience, kindness and experience is just what we needed. She has gone over and beyond with supporting us in appointments and outside of sessions too. Tera knows her stuff and you aren't treated like a customer, you and your pup are treated like you are the only thing that matters. Between Tera's creative approaches, bonding training techniques, follow up recap emails and the clean, huge and really nice facility - we absolutely love it there! They go over and beyond on all marks!! I also want to give a shoutout to Jen who offered me some advice a few years ago when we rescued a dog and our paths crossed on social media. I was in desperate need of advice and she was so kind to provide some direction for nothing in return. Just shows that everyone there cares so much!!
