Called on Monday 8/8 and left a detailed message that I was I interested in “in home” training. Danielle called back and I explained again that I wanted in home training. She said she would have a trainer call me back. Wednesday evening 8/10 I still had not heard from them. So I sent a message through their website, which says someone will contact you within 24 hours. Friday evening 8/12 and still have not heard from anyone. So I will look somewhere else. Thank you for nothing!

I've taken my dog Remy here for a year or more. He has completed two training courses as well as regularly attends daycare. He loves everything! The people always know him and it's a great surprise to catch him on the social media during the day. Remy always has a blast and it makes me feel good knowing there is a place he can go that I trust with my dog.

The staff here take great care of our three pups. She's always excited to go and exhausted when she gets home. We have also boarded our pups when we go out of town and they've always done a fantastic job!

We recently started taking our dog to Train Your Pup for doggy daycare and he loves it so much! He is exhausted by the time he gets home. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly. I always send a text to check in and they always respond. Highly recommend!

I took my dog to Train your Pup today for daycare. We have used their service once before and had no issues, but when I picked her up I noticed blood all over her nose. After a thorough exam, I found what I can only assume was a tooth hole from a bite and quite a bit more matted blood. I messaged the phone number asking for an explanation about what happened and why nothing was said to me about it when I picked her up. I have yet to hear back and it’s been a few hours since I reached out.
I understand that they work with some dogs that have temperament or aggressive issues, but they should keep a much closer watch when those dogs are with well tempered, young dogs. And if an accident like that were to happen, the dog owner deserves an explanation as to why their dog’s face is covered in blood. Needless to say, we will not using this daycare anymore.
