Top Tier K9 - Greenwood

Top Tier K9 Greenwood has been amazing for my dog, Louie! Jen has gone above and beyond on working with Louie! She has taught Louie how to follow many commands and respect the adults around him. Louie jumps out of my arms to run to Jen! She trains dogs with kindness and consistency. I love her approach and feel so comfortable letting my furbaby stay with her. All dog trainers should use this approach!

Jen worked with our Aussidoodle, Maggie. Maggie is almost two and has the energy of 10 dogs put together and it was hard for us to train her on our own at home. Jen was amazing with her! She was very informative through the whole process, very kind and very knowledgeable. Jen kept us in the loop, sent pictures and videos and made sure that we had all the tools to keep up with at home. I would highly recommend this program to anybody that is looking for a great place to have their dogs trained. We could not have asked for a better experience.

I adopted a Belgian Malinois from them and was misled in soooo many ways. When I contacted them about my dog they said adoption was free (odd for a $10,000 puppy). I showed up with my family and they showed me all these things she could do. Well they didn’t have a her AKC paperwork or vet paperwork. I was told nothing would go with her and she would benefit from a crate. I had to lift her up and carry her to get her into my truck which was a little weird. I get her home and she won’t listen or do any of the things they showed me she could. Come to find out she is trained in German, as she follows German commands. They told me she wasn’t microchipped and after multiple attempts to get her vet records, I found out she’s microchipped. I still have yet to get her AKC paperwork and am told that “it must have gone home with another dog”. How are you that disorganized that you don’t know where my dogs paperwork is? Just say you don’t have it. My dog is absolutely terrified of a crate and has ruined the wire crate I bought her. It scares me how terrified she is of a crate, now I have to break that. I was told by someone that adopted another dog from them that they kept her in a crate a lot. I was told she loves water and bath time will be easy. Once again, nope it’s a fight to give her a bath. I have a trainer and am working with her to get her tracking and obedient. I was told they did these things with her already but nope once again they hadn’t. I would HIGHLY recommend staying away from this place. If I could have given zero stars I would have.
