Horrible customer service! Trainer was extremely arrogant and rude. I initially reached out for pricing information and guidance regarding training for my dog. The trainer explained that he could not provide an accurate quote over the phone and that an in person evaluation would need to be scheduled first to determine the best route. He stated training could range anywhere from $1,200 to $4,000, but could not provide details regarding how many days, hours, or sessions that pricing included. I explained that I had recently undergone surgery but was still available for an evaluation. At that point, his tone became hostile & increasinly rude. He suggested we schedule for a later date because he felt I was “not ready” to train my dog. I responded by clarifying that we were only scheduling an evaluation and asked whether payment or training was expected to begin immediately after the evaluation. He replied, “No,” but then stated there already seemed to be “miscommunication” and that it “didn’t sound like this would work.” I was genuinely shocked by the arrogance, frustration, and lack of professionalism during what should have been a simple conversation. No person seeking guidance or professional services deserves to be treated dismissively or made to feel uncomfortable for asking reasonable questions. Maybe I caught him on a bad day, but kindness and respectful communication matter. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for professionalism, patience, and simple human decency. **In response to your message, we did not have multiple phone conversations. I spoke with you only once. You must be mistaking me for someone else. There is absolutely no reason for me to misrepresent what occurred, and inaccurate statements only make the situation worse. As a business owner, it is important to have a system in place that allows you to accurately track and identify potential clients and interactions. Doing so helps prevent misunderstandings like this and ensures customers are treated fairly and professionally. I am simply sharing my experience as it occurred. Unfortunately, that experience left me feeling disappointed and concerned about the level of communication and customer service I received.

I would give 0 stars if I could. He is very rude and aggressive would definitely not recommend. I called him in need of getting my dog trained and it was like he was trying to tell us about how horrible we are for not having him trained. Which yes that’s true but he said it in a very aggressive manner. I was very desperate and he seemed legit so I wanted to proceed with his help. I asked him basic questions like the pricing, how payment plans work, how many hours a week etc. He would not tell me, instead he wanted to keep it a secret till the evaluation and states that he doesn’t like to answer questions over the phone. I honestly would like to know what I’m getting into before I have you come to my house. Especially because he claims that all of his clients are ready to pay. I would’ve liked more information on what exactly makes you the right dog trainer to help our dog, because there’s many other trainers out there so why are you so special? That’s what I wanted to know before I committed to something like this. I still decided to book the evaluation he sends me the confirmation and tells me that I’m all booked. He then proceeds to ask me for my address and I told him can I send it the night before? He then texts me saying that my appointment is not booked anymore and to call him if I want to proceed further. He didn’t like that I said if I can send my address the night before because he thinks that I don’t trust him enough. First of all this is my moms house and she does not feel comfortable with me sending my address to just anyone so she suggests me to send it the night before. He didn’t understand that and kept saying that I don’t trust him. So he one didn’t give me any information on how the training works or the pricing aka common questions when you run a business right? And two he canceled my evaluation because he swears I don’t trust him because I wouldn’t give him the address the till the night before my evaluation. Very horrible service and rude.
