FirstBarkI adopted my girl from Top Paw K9 about a month ago and am so happy with her. She is kennel trained, potty trained, and leash trained. They were quick to reply, easy to communicate with, and very friendly. The process went smooth and I have no complaints.

Effective training is a partnership between dog and handler based on trust, love, and science. Dogs are more complex and advanced than we think and so is training them. Training a dog is about mutual trust and respect. Being receptive to different training methods is essential in bringing your dog to their full potential. Each dog is unique to their breed, just as much as they are to their own learning style; therefore relying on one training method is impractical. That’s why I don’t choose a specific technique for every dog. One method could be detrimental to another. My life’s passion and purpose is to bring you and your dog closer than ever through trust, communication, and an understanding of each other.

We are lucky enough to be local to Jen and her team. I Have a rescue mix who is just my best friend. I wanted to get him, and me, training on some socialization/ Confidence aspects. I was so impressed by her ability to read a dogs thoughts, identifying the issue and having a drill to put in place. I meet with her every few weeks and have seen such a great improvement in him and me. Jen has that skill to work with the dogs and owners. I couldn't be more lucky to have her as our coach. When we got our dog Mauka in Hawaii I went straight to TikTok to start learning how to take care of her as she is our first dog. I found Jennifer and appreciated how knowledgeable she was. Fast forward a year later we move to Colorado and I find out that Jennifer is in Denver!! When I tell you I was so excited! We sent Mauka to Jennifer for her recall training last summer and it was one of the best decisions we’ve made for Mauka. Jennifer took amazing care of her and made sure to give Mauka the time she needed to adjust before starting training which meant a lot to us. Initial training was done by Jennifer and after purchasing, I asked for in-person training sessions to improve my abilities as a handler and work on small things I was noticing to increase obedience of the dog. She has been very responsive with text messaging and phone calls for each and every question I have had. Additionally, the informational videos posted across social media platforms can reach users of all different experience levels. Highly recommend this company if you are looking to improve the obedience, understanding, and relationship between you and your dog.
Hands-down, the best dog trainers in Denver! They will go above and beyond to work with you and your dog to give you the happiest, most stress free life you could ever imagine !! All of the girls here are extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, sooo friendly, and absolutely amazing!
